I don't think there's anything you can do.A good joke is your AI in text messaging on your site. Texting with a 5 year old is a bit like that.You have started to reduce your workforce for several years and this has had an impact on your service offering which is also decreasing.

Customer service in decline... no way to get calls returned before 3 weeks... it seems like there is only one employee at this branch. When it's time to have us as a mortgage client, the service is there. Afterwards I have never been so poorly served.
