When I arrived at the store, on a weekday evening when there were only 2 customers, none of the 2 employees greeted me. One being busy and the other at the counter unceremoniously.I went to see her to ask her something big and she answered me in a fairly ordinary tone, I had the impression of disturbing her. She told me it wouldn't take long, that she had the sizes. When she returned, she finally only had one size out of the 4 requested. Never during my fitting did she come to see me to ask me if it was OK. I asked her for another size, a 7, she came back and put the box down without saying anything, with an 8. When I left, I went myself to inform the 2 employees that nothing was being done, because the one who He took care of me and never followed up. Her back was to the counter and she never spoke to me.Poor service!I will never go there again.

Seller forgot to ask me for my email to send an invoice. I return to the store, nice person tells me they are sending it... not received, I call to confirm email... not able to get my invoice by email... no printer to give it to me paper...Provided my email on site and by phone...I'm asked to wait until Thursday because the store will have a printer...I don't even know the amount that was spent and the saleswoman is not able to tell me.,.I go for receipts online!I have to travel on Thursday... maybe I'll get it! ???

I decide to wait a bit to see if there would be a mistake and that the opening time would be 10:30. Around 10:35 a.m., I see two employees open the gate. I walk into the store and see them at the checkout counter eating food bought at the mall. I ask if the opening time is 10:30. They tell me no, they opened at 10am. I say I've been there 15 minutes and it was closed. Finally, they end up telling me that they closed the store to go buy food.They are two. Why didn't one of them stay in the store while the other went to get food?? In short, I bought a pair of shoes because I didn't have the choice of having a specific model for an event, but I think I'm going to return them after the event because I would have preferred to encourage a store that opens on time… and stays open.
