“We hired a car in Montreal with Budget’s sister company Avis. As we approached our stop in Sherbrooke it started to give us messages warning that the oil needed changing soon. We were rather panicked and concerned about driving the car any more. After several phone calls to Avis we were getting nowhere and it was suggested to us that we could go to Budget in Sherbrooke for help. This morning around 11:30/11:45 we did just that. We explained the problem to the guy on reception who could not have been more helpful. He checked the oil for us - all ok - and also turned off the warning message which had not been reset after the previous oil change. So in a few minutes we went from being very stressed by the situation to very relieved. The guy involved deserves the appreciation of his management for giving us a very high opinion of Budget service. I know which rental company we will use next time!”
“Le service d'autopartage en station est bien, les voitures sont en bon état et propre pour la plupart. Eux 2-3 problèmes avec des voitures en retard ou à la mauvaise station. Cependant, le service à la clientèle a toujours aidé pour trouver une solution efficace et de rechange. Plutôt satisfait dans l'ensemble depuis que j'utilise le service depuis 2022.”
