Poor sales policy (no refunds, no credit rating). Very stupid employees. No compromise possible. Shady company focused on profit at the expense of the customer. To avoid!!!

Not even a star. If there were zero I would choose it to describe the disgusting attitude of the old woman saleswoman in this store yesterday. There were three of us customers yesterday and we had to leave the Bianco store at Galerie Quatre Saisons, without buying anything because of their disgusting, disgusting attitude. For example, she told me: “I don’t think you have enough money to pay for these shoes”; also, laughing, she said: “your foot is too strange, because it is not the same size as the other (STUPID!!! NO ONE HAS BOTH FEET EQUAL!); she despised and ridiculed everything I said about what I wanted to buy. She also told very obvious lies about the insoles just to convince me to buy them. Then the other customers noticed this. They left without buying anything and so did I. I didn't buy anything because of the poor quality of the sole and especially because of the disgusting attitude of the old saleswoman towards me and towards the other two customers who were there. She herself said that she has 30 years as a saleswoman. The management of the BIANCO store agrees with this unsympathetic, arrogant and above all stupid attitude of the old saleswoman.
