Very poor service. No saleswoman knows their product! We bought 2 products for a stroller that the saleswoman told us to take and which she didn't. The saleswoman assured us that the second product was the right one for our stroller, but no. We lost $100 because she doesn't know her products well. In addition, no saleswoman told us that the shells came with a base included, even though we placed the order over the phone with one of them. I do not recommend!

I could put 0, I will.In store, our telephone number is requested to accumulate favorite points which do not accumulate. A week of debate with customer service to get them credited.When you buy something from them and it's broken you have to check with the supplier and not with them... long live Amazon they are better. I'm going to buy my mamaroo on Amazon because I'm sure that if it doesn't work Amazon will do what's necessary and not the supplier.

A little disappointed. We wanted to support a store in Sherbrooke, but the manager refused to sell us a stroller for $559.99 at the same price as another store that was selling it for $10 less. We also bought an adapter. They lost a nice $600 sale because we ordered from the other store. I'm still trying to figure out how this decision was profitable for them?On the other hand, the counselor was great! I would have liked to allow him to make this sale.

Very disappointed! If I could have given 0 I would have done so! We bought a Motorola monitor from Clément unfortunately it never worked... I went back to the store and all they told me was to call Motorola directly, making me feel like a thief.. I wouldn't have bothered to go back to see you if everything worked out! In short, we ended up contacting Motorola who told us that they were sending us the parent unit only, within 5 to 10 working days, but we never received it, it's been 2 months, despite having joined them 2 times. Thank you Clement for making us lose $250! You don't sell a product if you can't take responsibility for it! In short, we will have no other choice but to deal with consumer protection. ? We will no longer support this store. Sorry.

Very poor customer service! I received a beautiful Motorola monitor as a gift as I requested. Unfortunately, it didn't work as soon as I took it out of the box. I tried as best I could to find the person to speak to to get a refund or in the worst case request an exchange… Nothing. They answer me in English. People laugh at me in stores. Really disappointing experience and disappointing for the person who spent the money to give it to me.

I wish I could give zero stars! I have had multiple negative experiences at this store. The first time I went in, I waited over 1 hour to be helped with purchasing a stroller. The next time, the phone number on my account was entered incorrectly resulting in a lengthy wait for the associate to find my account. The third time, i was told to come in for the items that were ordered in store, only to find that they hadn’t arrived yet. The fourth time, my husband was called and informed that the items had finally arrived, yet, when we came into the store the pricy stroller still wasn’t in and that they don’t know when it will come in! Today, I am trying to return a baby bed cover yet their system wasn’t functioning and the initial sales associate I was dealing with was completely racist and incompetent. They called customer service and the owner of the company yet I still want able to get a cash refund since their system was down. Now, someone will call me next week to see what they can do. I will never deal with this store again. The staff is incompetent and racist. No one deserves to be treated with this level of disrespect and negativity!On June 25th, I had to call the customer service line to deal with the issue instead of customer service calling me like I was promised. We finally reached an agreement. However, as the Proprietaire is suggesting below, you should have just gave me a cash refund when they called you on Saturday since I had a valid receipt and the same card that I used to pay with. I was told that your staff called you and that you refused to provide me with a cash refund! The funny thing is, your staff blamed the issue on my card that I used several times before and after that day without any problems. I strongly doubt that you and your staff did everything to help me on Saturday. I thought that your system was down, but, I realized now that your staff just doesn't know how to properly process refunds with Visa Debit cards! You really need to re-evaluate your customer service policies and procedures especially when their is fault with each experience at this store!

Terrible service, the site says that they have the items in stock at the Sherbrooke Store in Portland and that's not true, this has happened to me several times...The staff is difficult to find and they never have a logical answer, everything is limited to saying: go to the site...I do not recommend going to buy at Clement de Sherbrooke, you will be disappointed and probably angry to be sent to buy online all the time!
