Exceedingly unhappy with this service. Very often disgusting vehicle, very often left with an empty tank by the previous user, sometimes returned to the station late. When you call the service to report a problem or something else, the telephone line is always saturated. When we write to them by email, sometimes we wait more than 10 days before getting a response. The worst part, recently, they refuse to reimburse the gas tank filled with their personal bank card because not all stations work with their shell card. Reason for refusal: the invoice (proof of purchase) is not very detailed. When I went back to the merchant to ask him to reissue the invoice, he laughed in my face. In short, real Communauto crooks.

I like the principle of car sharing. I have been using Communauto for over 15 years. But here, I deplore the service to reach them by telephone. Impossible to reach them by phone... 35 minutes of waiting without response. I give up... 42 minutes the next time. I give up... I notify them to call me back by email (message sent from their form on their site). No news !

Le service d'autopartage en station est bien, les voitures sont en bon état et propre pour la plupart. Eux 2-3 problèmes avec des voitures en retard ou à la mauvaise station. Cependant, le service à la clientèle a toujours aidé pour trouver une solution efficace et de rechange. Plutôt satisfait dans l'ensemble depuis que j'utilise le service depuis 2022.

This service is absolutely brilliant and is now indispensable to me! This allows greater freedom to do errands. It makes traveling much easier. The service is easy to use. Plus, it’s eco-friendly and affordable.
