Good price for the purchase of tires with free installation. However, I had specified twice that I was going to take back my old tires since they were still good to resell +/-$200. Today, 4 days later I go back to pick up my rims and new tires and they inform me that they no longer have the old tires that they were thrown away.

I had a very bad experience at the Costco Tire Center in Sherbrooke. When I arrived, the cashier told me that my tire, wheel and oil change was going to take an hour. They took my car into the garage as soon as I finished paying the bill. After an hour and a half, the same cashier calls me to tell me that the mechanic is having too much trouble putting my winter wheels back on and that I will have to buy new bolts. She adds that this situation caused a lot of delay. The mechanic in question was trying to fix my winter wheels with the bolts from the summer wheels... The whole thing ultimately took two hours. I am aware that this may have been an honest error on the part of the mechanic, but I do not trust the staff at this Tire Center, so I will not return there.

This is for the auto center. Where has the pleasant customer service gone? I was the first customer and the woman at the counter this morning was like a sergeant major. She said hello, the only thing missing was a smile and the feeling that she really meant it. The whole transaction was so impersonal, she shouldn't be customer facing, but she's probably a good technician. Keep it in the service area! Regular cashiers, at least the majority of them, are pleasant and friendly. This one wasn't rude but just robotic and without charisma, she didn't care at all. So overall, it doesn't matter if I'm treated like a "lesser" even if I contribute to their paycheck, I'm going for the prize, not the people.

While changing the oil, the Costco professional broke the oil filter cap. The next day, I drove with a heavy oil leak, without knowing it until a low oil message came up. I had to buy the oil and add it myself to be able to ride. Immediately, I returned to Costco. Costco agreed to replace the broken part at their expense and refill the oil. But he refused to pay for the oil ($12) which I added myself to be able to go to his store, under the pretext that we replaced the cap and refilled the oil!!!!

This Costco is new and a big upgrade from the old one on king Street. It is however consistently full of people even with its large floor space customers constantly fighting through the crowded areas. It is a classic Costco experience

Not taking calls and edt online appointment service available but not used.Also guarantees bos tire for a number of kilometers or time of use msis does not respect Quebec safety standards so as not to honor the warranty... we call this theft
