I wanted to speak to the manager and none of the employees knew where she was? , but he told me that she was present, fortunately a young girl who did not know the rows (she told me that she works in another Dollorama) helped me, and then, for a dollo or that I see a lot of employee, everything is not beautiful? I decided to take a walk to see where the manager was and she was outside smoking and talking. I calculated 20m plus the time I was in the store, really on it, we need a change! !

Very bad service I buy USB cable for my headphone it cost 4.25 doller I ask to the shop employee if its not working good can change it he say yes u can change it the I go to my home and use it its not Working then I come back to the dollarama and say the guy I want to change it he say no u can change it show me the bill then u can get your cash back I go back to my home get the bill give it to the shop keeper he say go talk to the another employee I go to her she talk in french and say no we can't change it you use it I said to here it's not working she say I don't care

A terrible Dollarama. Never again for me. We are forced to use the checkouts where you have to scan the items yourself. RIDICULOUS ! Remove this type of cash register, it's a total lack of respect for customers. It's laughing at them. The store is fortunately quite clean. Other positive points include free parking and a wide range of merchandise.

1/ If you are looking for a very affordable and new item, Dollarama has convinced me.
2/ The place was not easy to identify, for my part. However, with Google maps, it is nice to find your way around.
3/ The return is possible with a bus station not far away, which makes my task easier.
