The guys working in this store provide the worst customer service. They are very disrespectful. They don't know their job. They tell lies. I was really disappointed. They treated me really badly. I was doing the Fido thing in 2019 and had to stop right away. It's the worst company. Even over the phone they don't offer what you need.Don’t do business with Fido!! I don't recommend it!!

One of the worst services I have seen in my entire life. The employees are more ready to kick out a customer than serve them and resolve their problem. The magazine is just for buying cell phone plan news and for any problems you have to call customer service and when you call the service they ask you to go to the magazine. I gave one star but if it was possible to give 0 I would have done so. Very very disappointed with their service. He should hire more competent employees who want to work, not arrogant people who sit around all day doing nothing.

Je suis très déçu de ma dernière expérience avec le service à la clientèle de Fido est exactement avec un agent qui m'a donner des fausses promesses et de fausses informations que je me trouve deux semaines après avec une facture beaucoup plus élevée sur le prix d'un forfait qui était pas respecté! Je commence mon magasinage avec un autre compétiteur.
