Extremely satisfied, I recommend it without hesitation.I bought a pair of shoes there for a little less than $200 in mid-April, at the end of October they were finished. Full-width split sole. I first contacted the manufacturer - supposedly from Quebec, but who ultimately admitted that his products came from Asia - who showed absolutely no openness and told me to contact the merchant. Disappointed and thinking I would be refused again, I called the Marco Maldo store at Carrefour de l'Estrie. The young employee on the line was very friendly and understanding, and invited me to stop by the store. On site, and despite the fact that I no longer had my invoice in hand, I was again given sincere apologies (even though in my opinion, the merchant and his employees had nothing to reproach themselves for, on the contrary! ) and I was offered a credit note for the same amount as the shoes without any fuss.I therefore take advantage of this message to send my sincere thanks to the employee in question, as well as to her manager and the owner of the store. We recognize the quality of a company by that of its customer service.

Poor sales policy (no refunds, no credit rating). Very stupid employees. No compromise possible. Shady company focused on profit at the expense of the customer. To avoid!!!

POOR service and JUDGMENT of the seller. We say we want to find some little booties for a night out and she makes the comment "it's going to be an expensive night out here it's not under $200" looking us up and down.

Rare that I've been had so much in my life, but this store has me as it seems "well down". Here is my story, I went to the store three years ago to buy a pair of winter boots. I found leather boots which according to what was written were waterproof. I bought the boots for $200, a week later the water was getting into the boots (and I was only walking on the snow plowed sidewalk). I went back to the store asking for a refund, they refused and told me the only thing they could do was give me water treatment. I accepted the treatment given that they also refused me an exchange. Finally, 3 days later, the water kept coming in... I had to go buy it again after not even a month, don't make the same mistake.
