My back injury was accomodated and the coach was attentive of my language level (my french is okay but the Canadian french accent is hard to understand when they speak fast).The workout was challenging, a lot was packed into an hour-long session, and I got to push myself a little on my vacation.Price of a drop in is very reasonable, €17,50 converted. Very easy to book through their website.”

“In general, very good gym with several different machines, air conditioning, several rooms available and courteous staff!However, given that this is a popular gym and there are many beginners, a few recommendations apply and I believe the gym could make an extra effort to maintain practice etiquette. There could be different informative reminder signs. Here are some examples :1- Replace your weights and plates after use.2- Drop your weights rather than “dropping” them3- Avoid training directly in front of the free weights as this blocks the path. You could put a tape to demarcate the space.4- Always have shoes in the gym5- Always have a towel or rag with a poushpoush to wipe off sweat.6- Wash your hands after going to the toiletThat being said, I've convinced 4 friends so far to train there!”

There are changing tables and an island for changing little ones.For parking, you must park south of the building. You get a sticker for a few dollars for the course session. If you are alone with your baby, bring your stroller because the journey is long with your baby in your arms. You will have to go outside and use the elevator.”
