The new policy put in place from June 6, 2024 of no return of goods is ridiculous... it's over for me.. I will never buy from this retailer again...!!
I even left the device with them because they are so pitiful…. I didn't want to keep relics of this bad adventure with me!!?

The guys at the cash register put their feet on the counter. They speak to me informally, stay there while the prices are poorly displayed. A real customer service scam. I recommend that the manager take control of this lazy service.

J'ai eu a prendre deux téléphones iPhone 15 et Galaxy S24+ à la source au carrefour de l'Estrie et notre vendeur Mouhamad a été très aimable et nous a offert un service impeccable en tout point. Il mérite 5 étoiles. Il est beaucoup à féliciter. Pour une première expérience, je n'ai pas été déçu. Merci pour l'accueil et le services à la clientèle.

Really poor service, I came home with my colleague and we needed two TVs for our house, the two young people who worked there never came to see us, didn't say anything to us or advise us. I recommend stereo plus best service!

Buy a pair of Corsair headphones with warranty. I didn't like it (uncomfortable earache fell out of my head.
