“Lots of Costco returns stuff. Sometimes for more than Costco charges. There are some bargins to be found though and the staff are helpful and nice. Parking can be difficult”
“Over the years we have purchased a total of 4 mattresses (2 singles, a queen and a king). We love them all, however when we acquired the last one (the queen) which was requested to specify the king, the firmness seemed very different to us!!! Very discouraged by the situation, I called and was immediately taken care of, after a total of less than 30 minutes spread over 2 calls, I was told that the mattress would be changed under warranty at no cost. We have always been satisfied with the service, but after having dealt with the after-sales service I can say that good service applies at all levels dear Matelas Houde. Thanks to Louis, Nancy, Elly and the delivery men whose names I don't have for THE EXCELLENT service ?????? ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
