I often do my shopping there, but since last summer there have been no employees at the checkouts just automatic checkouts (it's good when you have a few items), but this January 9 around 7 p.m. limit I pretended to be a thief by one of your employees! I showed him that my 2 large packs of tissues were well put on the screen! I didn't have room for my water bottles and the rest of my items! Either you put cashiers back at checkouts or put larger automatic checkouts like at the Maxi opposite the Carrefour de l’Estrie, I think the problem would be solved! And I agree with some, your vegetables are not great.

I often shop at Maxi in Sherbrooke, and in general, I am satisfied. Prices are competitive, which is perfect for a tight budget. There is a good choice of products, and the weekly promotions are interesting.
However, I have noticed that certain fresh products, such as fruits and vegetables, are not always of the best quality. Additionally, there are sometimes long queues at the checkouts, especially during peak hours.
Despite this, the staff is courteous and ready to help when needed. I will continue to shop there hoping that some improvements will be made.

The service is average and they close 10 minutes early and tell you this in a rather stupid way. I saw a girl who just wanted to pick up an item get turned away at 9:50 p.m. To those who run for 50% like me: they don't have any, it's 30% here.
Positive point: they match the prices, if you are the type to look at all the circulars I recommend you!
Small correction, I only saw one employee who turned the world upside down, if this happens to you, ask her for her schedule so as not to be taken back xD

The grocery store is clean and well stocked. The only downside is the lack of an open checkout given the traffic.

I'm sure it's forbidden to smile at customers or provide decent customer service.
I tried both Maxis to take care of them.
I don't think I've ever had a smile on my face when I left the Maxi.
Cashiers are impatient (and demonstrate it) when customers have unbeatable offers, questions or have PC points to collect!!!!

My preferred Maxi to go to. Has all that I need for a regular week for my family and easy access close to home. They also have good options for dairy free which is necessary for my family
Be warned: NEVER use their PC Express!!! It’s continually terrible service!!! Last time I had to wait over 30 minutes to get my items and there were about 5 things missing. I ended up needing to go shopping. They’ve also neglected to give me my freezer items. I could go on, but if I do PC Express again, I’ll take the longer trip to Boulevard Portland so that I can get good service, get what I ordered and get my items during the time slot I was assigned

Good price, lots of choice and never missing anything. Only negative point is that there often seems to be a lack of open checkouts, especially in the evening and morning. You don't have to be in a hurry!

Good discounts for the price of several items, especially fruits and vegetables. Relatively varied choice for allergen-free products. Long lines at the checkout and difficult to find a clerk if you are looking for an item.
