I went there to buy a frame. I chose my frame and went to checkout. I wanted to pay with my gift card which covered the entire bill and more. The network was unfortunately down, so my gift card did not work. The only way to leave with the frame was to pay cash. Unfortunately I had nothing on me. It's not the employees' fault for this incident, but I'm disappointed that there was no one with authorization to resolve my issue. I offered to leave the gift card on site with proof of the amount remaining on it in exchange for the frame, but no, it was impossible to make a purchase. When Walmart gets the price wrong, it gives you the item, but when Micheals makes you wait 30 minutes plus the trip, then they do nothing for the customer. I've tried contacting the store online, but can't find any way. So, I will avoid shopping there from now on.

The staff are friendly and very efficient.
However, it is important to check the discount coupons available on the website. During my visit, I was looking for frames for posters, they were 40% off. However, with the discount coupon of the day, I was entitled to an additional 20% off.

Lots of choice, the staff doesn't come to you systematically, you miss an employee and no hello or even a "do you need help". So for the choice yes, but for the reception there would be room for improvement.
