“I received outstanding service from Josselin at Telus booth (carrefour de l'estrie) today. He was incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. I really appreciate that he took the time to make me fully understand what I am getting first and he answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in my choices. Moreover, he never made me feel rushed or pressured, and instead created a very comfortable and positive environment. It’s clear that he truly cares about providing excellent customer service. Josselin is a fantastic ambassador for the Telus brand, and experiences like this are what keep customers coming back. I’m very happy to have been assisted by him and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for knowledgeable and personable service. If Josselin’s level of service is consistent across TELUS, then I’m genuinely pleased with my decision to transfer my phone and internet services.”
