Terrible customer service. My boyfriend went in store to buy me a ring. He found the perfect ring but they didn’t have it in stock. They suggested to buy it online and come back if ever it doesn’t fit. Turns out the ring is too big. The store refuses to exchange it. Apparently, we have to return it online and place a new order online. That’s exactly what we did. We ordered a new ring but then they will not accept to reimburse for the first ring. So we tried to cancel the new order but that’s not possible either.

Very poor service, they refuse to honor their warranty policy even during the period that it is valid.

Terrible experience at this Pandora store refuse to do a simple exchange during the month of December for a ring that did not fit. We were able to try on the same ring in the correct size although they refuse to complete the transaction. Apparently they don't do refunds or exchanges during the holiday season because of a boxing day sale, even though it was the 10th of December. There is absolutely no mention of this on the Pandora website or in their store. So I waited until after Christmas took it back into the store. Now they no longer have this ring in the correct size and refuse to order it and refuse to give me money back saying that I would have to purchase something of greater value. I have since spoken to the Pandora customer service and they cannot understand why this store refused to serve me during the month of December. They suggested making a formal complaint.

Customer service was quite disappointing. I don't know if we came across young people in training, but the two times we went to the store, we were greeted by employees who spoke poorly and who seemed like they didn't know what they were doing. We were there to make an exchange (wrong ring size) and, although we were confirmed that the new size had arrived, the young store employee refused to help us and flat out asked us to come back tomorrow so as not to having to take care of it.

The after-sales service is disappointing, I bought some jewelry on the internet, unfortunately I got the size wrong, but on the order paper it says that I can exchange it in store, when I arrive there I am told that I cannot exchange it until December 27, 2024, nothing is written in the store, and I specify that it is for a Christmas gift, this is the 2nd bad experience in this store and I will not return there more

November 3, 2024 This is the third time I have eaten in this store and nothing has changed, same bad service with 3 young girls staring at you and a lot of attitude. 3 girls in the store, one serving the customer in front of us. My mother-in-law, my daughter and I waited to be served. The store was empty and the other 2 girls were busy playing with bags while staring at us as we looked around. The girl serving us seemed new or maybe she was just not willing to help. We told her we were looking to buy some earrings for my daughter (she is 11), she said we didn't have any. I looked at her and asked if she didn't sell stud earrings or small hoop earrings? She then pointed to a locked shelf and said that's what we had, my mother in law asked her to bring out a tray for my daughter to choose from. She took out 3 small stud earrings and the most expensive one, my daughter had to choose from what the saleswoman had chosen. They seemed annoyed, I tried to show my daughter a cheaper version of the earrings but she had already chosen from the ones the saleswoman gave her, my mother-in-law said she would buy this first that she would choose. Personally, I was not impressed with the service and the way she handled the sale. I tried to use my Pandora membership account and she said it didn't exist, I had the account with the details on my phone and she told me it didn't exist. I was unable to apply my birthday discount to the sale or earn points on the sale. She told me to open an account in store but another day because her iPad wasn't working. As my mother-in-law was paying, someone told her that everything in store was final sale to make sure it was clear to my mother-in-law. I had left the store at that point because I was unhappy with the service, otherwise I would have told them to leave the item and I would order online instead. When my mother-in-law leaves the store, she expresses the lack of service and the attitude of the saleswoman, she is from Montreal and says that it is the first store in Sherbrooke that is this bad. I said I avoid this particular store because every time I come here it's a bad experience, I've been to the store 3 times since I moved to Sherbrooke and they have the same attitude and poor customer service. I prefer to shop online and pay $10.00 for shipping if I purchase an item. I also wrote a previous review on the same thing. Really sad because it's the only store here in Sherbrooke. I went to Laval Rockland and downtown with no problems and exceptional customer service.

The customer service at this store is terrible. I went there twice. The first time there was one person in the store, no other customers, she barely looked at us, never smiled and made it seem like helping us was the worst part of her day. Well, maybe she was having a bad day. A month later we came back to get some earrings and a guy helped us, he was nice, but he handed our earrings to the same girl from a month ago, again, no smile, she didn't even look up. She scanned a more expensive pair of earrings from the catalog and I had to correct her, she didn't apologize or say anything. She looked at her coworker and said "pack them" then turned around and ignored us again. Bad customer service. We will not return there. Strange that everyone seems to complain about the same girl (manager? blonde hair?), but she's still there?

je suis récemment passer au pandora et j’ai eter très satisfaite du service , les jeunes filles étais très accueillante et courtoise . la petite blonde qui ma aider étais très patiente , elle a prit le temps de me faire essayer plusieurs modele qui serait susceptible de me plaire , elle a bien pressentie mon besoin , un gros merci a vous .

I went to have my partner's earrings washed and he received us with a stupid look, the same for the manager and when my girlfriend went to get them we almost laughed in his face because the earrings were on. was easy to wash. Worst service received.

When I visited for an exchange, the model of ring I wanted was unfortunately not available in my size on the tray presented by the associate. Despite my disappointment, Alyssa brilliantly resolved the situation by offering to order this very popular model for me. I am extremely happy and grateful, as online shopping is not always convenient. Many thanks to Alyssa for her exceptional service!

I received excellent service from Laurie. I was able to obtain an exchange without problem following the purchase of a duplicate (the person receiving the gift already had it). She is very kind and smiling.
