Tire balancing billed but not done properly. 2nd appointment required. Storage loaded without having asked/offered it to me and refusal of reimbursement less than 24 hours after the appointment when I went to collect my tires.

The service was well performed but the lady at the front desk was so rude and condescending. She was in a bad mood from the start. I stayed nice but she was simply rude. It’s not that hard to be nice to a client for 5 min.

I was to replace plastics, missing wing or broken and brake maintenance on a car pay by beaucage on warranty and he put the plastics with tie wrap and we did not change one of the necessary wing telling me that it's me who re-break in addition to having had a brake overheat after the maintenance and I had to do it myself in the yard at my house to leave I do not suggest this place at all
