I gave very clear instructions which they did not respect because they did not want to keep my tires in their garage for more than a day, they put it in my Audi but it was clear that this was not what I wanted, the receptionist speaks in a really not courteous tone, very stupid, on top of all that I have to send my car to the tire relay because they were not able to complete the work, I recommend it to anyone

Very good service!!! I had a problem with my vehicle and they caught me instantly, they even went to take me to my job while waiting for my vehicle to be repaired.

Pour avoir fait changer mes pneus l'hiver dernier et pour des spécialistes, j'ai été déçue parce que mes pneus avaient été installés à l'envers. Je comprends qu'ils engagent de jeunes étudiants pour aider en cette période de changement de pneu sauf que je ne m'aurais pas attendu à ce que leur travail ne soit pas révisé avant de me remettre mes clefs et la facture.

Mechanic seems good.. but there is one bad apple in customer service that makes the experience extremely unpleasant!! Incredible to take on so much absurdity!! I advise avoiding the place unfortunately

A CAA Quebec tugboat referred me to this garage, what a mistake. Avoid it.2h30 to change 2 tires.I was told that we had used tires of all types when we made the appointment, that it should be done well and quickly. After 45 minutes, I was told that we had to move on to something new. OK.After 2h30, tires installed, I am asked if I am satisfied. No, without hesitation. I ask, without getting upset, that we adjust that on the bill. They answer me:“You’re not satisfied, I don’t mind, we can take your tires off.” You can go shopping elsewhere. »Bullying after making me wait for 2.5 hours is frankly inadequate, cowardly and disappointing.Customer service not a priority. Good luck with your business.

Following a breakdown I had myself towed to the garage. Electrical problem therefore 2 days of work. They lent me a car because I'm not from Sherbrooke. Very courteous welcome and charged me 5 hours of time while I am sure that they took almost double. In short, I am very satisfied and relieved! THANKS!

It is without hesitation that I strongly recommend Point-S Pneu Estrimont. We were on vacation in Gaspésie when one of my tires suffered a side puncture (thanks to the famous potholes on Quebec roads). It was therefore imperative to change the tire because it had become dangerous, even after the temporary repair that CAA quickly provided us.To make a long story short, it was impossible for us to find the kind of tires we needed in Gaspésie so I contacted Pneu Estrimont in Sherbrooke, where I normally do business.Mr. Bolduc from Pneu Estrimont went to great lengths to find the tire I needed (he managed to find one in Toronto because there were no more in Quebec), and he is then organized to send it directly to Garage Pneu Bélanger in Gaspésie in order to help me out - and this, free of charge, with the simple objective of helping me out given our extraordinary situation...Thank you Pneu Estrimont and Mr. Bolduc for your help and it is certain that we will continue to do business together in the future! :)
