About Purolator
Purolator is a leading integrated freight, package and logistics provider. The service stands out for its quality and professionalism, with staff described as courteous, welcoming, quick, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile. Many customers highlight the speed and efficiency of delivery, with packages arriving on time and in perfect condition. The convenient location offers ample parking, and business hours provide flexibility, including on Saturdays.
However, some note a limitation with no evening collection times, which can be difficult for those with long work schedules. Additionally, packages are only held for five days before being returned. Despite this, the overall service is consistently praised as good and exemplary. Customers recommend Purolator for both personal and professional shipping needs, appreciating the helpful support with packaging and labels and the efficiency of same-day pickups when arranged.

Seems the late arrival was not entirely Puralators fault. I was too quick, and jumped to conclusions.

Most delivery companies allow for self-pickup when there’s a delay, but this one just leaves you hanging. No phone number, no pickup option, and 'customer service' that is non-existent. Avoid!
