Worst service I have ever had with any internet provider, took a week without internet! I suggest you go with Bell (Best service for me in 10 years) even if rogers have an offer!! 0/10 would not do buisness with them!!

On my last visit two years ago I would not have had the same speech but this time I received A1 service.I was served by the manager Mathieu, despite waiting problems due to poor communications services, he was able to make himself feel compassionate and even offered us some additional discounts to apologize for the delays!Friendly and professional, he was able to answer all our questions and made us feel confident.

Worst company. I applied for a new account and sent a large three-figure sum. I canceled because it was taking days to even ship the phone, and I needed the device quickly.They told me I would receive the refund in 3-4 days, it has now been 6 days.I called, and they informed me that the refund would be by check. However, I have a problem with this, because I paid by card and want to be refunded by card.

I decided to go through this branch for my company's 3 devices, one of the phones is defective after only 6 months, I call to find out and they tell me to contact Apple myself. I ask for the number, but they tell me to look it up myself on the internet that they have 4 customers and no time to talk to me.Clearly they only sell then they don't care about you, no after-sales service.I will buy directly online next time since there is no advantage to buying from this store.

I strongly RECOMMEND AGAINST it for several reasons. Listen to the broadcast of the invoice. My wife chose a cell phone which she paid full price for and she has to give it back at the end of the contract. Read all the fine print in your contract carefully because you are going to get screwed. Or choose another company like Koodo or Telus.
