Even if I don't like Rossy very much, I agree that here in Sherbrooke, it is pretty and well organized! But hey, jaaaaabut I find the items there for which I dare to stop there. I always forget, when I walk in, it's not a Hart or a Giant Tiger! In all, thank you to the floor clerk for answering my questions!

Today, intelligence is completely absent from our friends at Rossy in Sherbrooke, at the corner of Galt and Belvédère Sud. And it can get really funny when you think about it.I bought two bottles of a chemical product from this Rossy there to unclog one of my sinks. I wanted to make sure I unclogged the pipe. I took a Drano and a Plumr. I used them one after the other, carefully following the instructions for each. On both it is written: “Guaranteed or it’s free”. In all cases, you must use the entire bottle.No result. I bring back the bottles with the invoice and photos taken on my cell phone where the sink is filled with stagnant water, while I brandish the two bottles without caps above.At the counter, while I had other products that I wanted to purchase, the cashier was immediately amazed and doubtful. She quickly told me that she cannot give a refund since the bottle is empty. I try to explain to her but immediately, without telling me that she understands, she calls her manager.Quickly, the manager told me exactly the same thing. I try to explain to her but she doesn't understand at all. She stands by her argument that she cannot refund the product because the bottle is empty.She gives me the comparison with a pizza, saying that you cannot logically ask for a refund for a pizza by claiming that it was not good after having eaten it all. By the way, she really doesn't express herself that well.I tell him that I understand and I completely agree, that here the principle is quite the opposite. I explain to him that it is not a drink, that here you have to use the entire product before you see that it does not work. I invite him to look at the guarantee on the bottle, to look at the instructions for use. She refuses to read. She persists. I ask her if she knows what this product is for, she replies by repeating that the bottle is empty. I was never able to get to the point of presenting my photos.I am beginning to think that she is making violent efforts to remain stupid and I point out to her that her reasoning is not very intelligent. She gets angry. Regardless, she was already pretty pissed. Also, I told her that it was very simple but that she seemed to refuse to understand.Finally, the cashier behind suggested that we should request a refund from the company directly and that Rossy could not do anything for us in such a case. Immediately I say: oh well, okay, that's another argument, that's another logic, I have no choice in observing it, but be respectful of the intelligence of no matter who is in my place. She still doesn't have the intelligence to fall back on this fact and always mentions that in any other store, they will refuse to refund an empty bottle. She dares me to try. Then she leaves angry, poor lost girl who certainly didn't succeed in her philosophy classes at CEGEP, raising her arms, nodding her head and gibbering I don't really know what. She probably had to go and write the next referendum question. Let's just say, I wouldn't trust him with my taxes.The cashier, in her words, mentions that she cannot say anything that contradicts her boss.Let's follow the same logic, if I complain to my doctor that his proposed treatment is not working when I bring back my jars of medication that are still half full, will he say that it makes good sense?Bright!!!!!

Still very good discounts, when it's discount time. Some staff are more pleasant than others and take the time to listen to what you are looking for. Shelves a little empty (perhaps because of the holiday season?) Quality/Price still good.
