Displays discounts for employees of certain companies but the discounts never apply to the item once at checkout, other than Yeti items which are expensive. Then offers to join the rewards program which offers 15% but does not complete anything at checkout so arrives at my house and realizes that the program offers 15% which I have not yet been able to take advantage of. After purchasing a $400 lunch cooler, this would have been a minimum, as would receiving it in its original packaging. The demo was put back on the shelves without a box, without a bag, nothing. The last purchase before the cooler we bought fake bait from India, arriving at home the box which was supposed to contain 2 only had one after several discussions a clerk finally told us that the 2nd had been put into storage. demo. So fake discounts that are never accessible and a quality of service that really leaves something to be desired, too bad we liked it and gave it 4 stars. Future purchases risk being made elsewhere.

Little choice, customer service leaves something to be desired (the girls prefer to chat with each other rather than walk around and advise) while the guy at the campsite rushes his life.... the choice to completely remove children's clothing means that I I won't go to this store again, the other sails are worth the extra km...
