“The place was packed with several goods from Africa. I wish I knew about this place earlier. The owner was nice and very open.If you visit this place and decide to buy something, make sure it goes well over 5$ (or a minimum of 5$) in order to use your credit/debit card. Otherwise, make sure you have bank notes or coins on you.Ps: Goods are a bit expensive there! Thought I should warn you.”

Products being sold here are mostly from Southeast asian countries, below are some of the products I saw
Korean - Gochujang, Gochugaru, Kimchi, Soy bean paste, sesame seeds, sesame oil
Thai - Tom yum soup, thai chili, pad thai sauce, tamarind paste, sriracha sauce
Japanese - mirin, sake, teriyaki sauce, ponzu, wasabu paste, dashi, togarashu, miso
Chinese - hoisin sauce, five-spice powser, shaoxing wine, black vinegar
Price are affordable since some items such as condiments are sold on retail pouch/pack not the whole bottle or jar.
Take note that they don't accept visa/mastercard, payment option is only thru debit card.”

“Good grocery store, friendly staff and good line management for the self-checkout checkouts. The only negative point is that there is little meat available when it opens in the morning. Otherwise nothing to say!”
“Today I came to the metro to have my lotteries validated and the service person there had a very good way of validating my tickets. I had a very big package so usually we end up losing my winning receipts and such but somehow we managed to do it in an efficient manner and I got the right amount of money at the end . As I remember her name was Koraly. Very good service from her and always smiling!”

“nice place and friendly staff. However I’ve noticed lately that some (1or2) male clerks will literally get within 5 cm of me to grab a product without providing a heads-up so that I get out of the way. I happen not to be a piece of furniture and therefore find this incredibly disrespectful. At some point, one of them just pushed my cart away from the narrow space in front a the cash registry to pass behind me (again with no more than 10cm behind me) as I was paying. There was clearly a larger path he could have used at the self-check out but instead decided to push my cart away and charge ahead as if I wasn’t there. If you’re going to be in someone’s personal space, just say ”excuse me” to make your presence known and out of respect. I don’t assume people want me in their personal space without warning and the same applies to them.”

“Very nice IGA, very clean and a good choice of products. You have to look at the specials, because they are a little expensive at full price. On the other hand, the products are fresh.”
