Thermo Concepts not only has quality products, their inside sales / service department is second to none. I recently had a problem with a water cooler and Francis in service went out of his way to help me. Incredible in today's work environment ... someone cares about another person. I can't say enough about them.

I have had a Celsius water cooler for almost 30 years and it still works which is very rare these days if I count the value for money it is hard to beat. After-sales service and parts #1, I highly recommend and always someone not a robot who responds to you quickly.
