I'm going to the self-service checkout today at 10:20 a.m. it's not working and the girl in charge is screaming at the top of her lungs Hello hello hello she tells me it doesn't work and is going to see another cash register as I don't have an explanation I'm changing cash registers and she shouted at me hello hello like very sloppy and I replied like her hello I'm staying here and in the end it didn't work either at the other checkout because she took an authorization but she never had it for me explain I noticed it without her so I left without buying and getting yelled at like I was an idiot no thank you never again

This location is the worst of the worst! People work there look miserable and not helpful. Produce are in poor quality with pricey tag. Shelves are disorganized, and often empty. Return center run by a mean old lady. I don’t go there almost never, when I do go once a blue moon, it disappoints me every single time!

Labour day it is closed I am ok with that because they do work hard but was here on sat and there was no notice on the doors saying it was closed, would have been nice to know so I could plan better

Unfortunately we will not return there again. Twice we were treated like thieves and the feeling of indignation leaves a bad taste.
Both times it was pure nonsense, the first, at the self check out with 10 items, the only ones at the ten checkouts the dear lady was able to see us scanning each item.
Oh no, she saw everything and still saw fit to make us feel like suspects by checking each item on the bill. Close-mouthed, I didn't say anything but I still dream of asking him why, and talking to him about the importance of paying attention to that.
Second time we believe we can pay for the photos at checkout, we ask how and we proceed to return to the electronic section to pay for them after paying the rest. My partner is yeutered to come and go, how well received to be honest.
We now prefer to buy more expensive, but local.
I sincerely hope that everyone who has had the same experience will do the same thing.
It's not nothing, but distrust grows distrust and little by little the social fabric crumbles.

I'm at the electronics service counter...
We arrived here to an unlocked cell and were asked to wait because they only had one employee and were already busy.
It was 5:30 p.m.... The employee left at 6 p.m. leaving the customer without service....
It's 6
6:10 p.m. and the new employee has just taken over the customer and we are still waiting.
I understand that the customer in front of us has some real demands and I sympathize with the employee who tries to defeat this customer's requirement.
We are now 4 customers in line behind and it is 6:20 p.m.
Very disappointed with the service.

The electronics employee left without finishing his transaction with the customer in front of us, saying that he had "finished his day and that the employee who returns from break will take over" even though he had started to respond to the gentleman. Also, we waited at least 30 minutes because the employee who came back from break wasn't there before 6:10 p.m. and we arrived at 5:30 p.m....
Very ordinary and no service.

Seriously, Walmart should do an audit of their customer service (mystery shopper), especially in the entertainment department. There are incompetent, arrogant people who work there because they have to, perhaps. It's too bad. Bad experience ever

Faire TRÊS ATTENTION quand vous acheter des produits surtout lorsqu'ils sont un peu plus dispendieux... Ils remettent des retours abîmés sur les étagères comme s'ils étaient neufs. J'ai du retourner un ensemble de cuisine qui était clairement un retour qu'ils avaient déjà remplis avec des bris à l'intérieur... Ça donne envie de continuer à magasiner là-bas.

It's over for us. I've had the grocery store come by several times and you never know what to expect. Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it's about to expire and as for fruits and vegetables it's often rubbish: strawberries not fresh at all, herbs which often arrive yellowed or completely blackened, fruits ok one week and rotten the other, etc. I also received several damaged cans. But the worst is the delivery. You ask to be met at the door and they never do it, never ring the bell and leave the produce on the ground outside exposed to the elements and now the heat (great for meat!). Then the customer service is lousy and it takes forever before you can talk or chat with someone. If there is a problem we will call you back in English.
