Service is kind, and loyal to National Bank’s standards but somewhat a little limited; you can’t expect to just be showing up and open an account the same day.

I went to the bank this morning... I had excellent service from Miss Berthiaume who, poor thing, was alone serving a crowd of customers. I give 5 stars for the quality of the service I received but -3 stars to the establishment which should put more staff on site.

You could update your opening hours. As if you are not open on Saturday in the end, just not to mark that you are open ?
