Multi Forme Plus is a very large and clean gym, open 24 hours. It offers a multitude of varied devices and lots of machine choices, which reduces waiting time. The place is impeccably clean with well-maintained appliances, changing rooms, and showers. The side with fake grass is nice. It is a great place for getting in shape, though it can be busy. Many find it the best gym in Sorel, with a unique, personal, and motivating experience.
