Place to strongly advise against.While trimming our cat's claws they cut too far and injured him without warning us, we discovered the injury once home.This is the second time this has happened, however the first time they informed us of the incident. Our mistake was to trust them a second time.Claw pruning is always done well elsewhere but for some strange reason they don't seem to be able to pay attention. We understand that cats can be fearful but you can probably work accordingly.

The 2 employees present to cut our Daisy's claws even though she is very timid. We see that his 2 ladies know their work and everything is done without even any reaction from our puppy... everything is done gently..Thank you, very nice team

2nd and last time, my little voice told me not to go back, I should have listened to it. Since the age of 6 months my dog has been groomed every 2-3 months (max) but unfortunately his groomer no longer does it. There I came back with a dog who is very fearful and no longer the same behavior, one of his ears has leaked and produces yellow stink because he has been shaved far too much when we pet him he cries and has a small wound on his hind leg.She asks me how I would like it, I show her 2 photos, one that I don't want and another that I would like, and well, he's been shaved almost to the skin, he looks like a rat... tail also like a rat, I understand that he had knots in his tail but what do you mean that for 2 years his other groomer has never had to do that.And I forgot to mention not to scratch him because last time he bled all over the car and at home even when putting a lot of flour on him so I had gone to the Vet to have them done ago. 1 week and a half I imagined that I didn't have to specify not to do them and well again the same paw and same claw he bled so much that I had to put a slipper with paper towel in it all night.I'm really happy that everyone loves you, I must really have a monster for a dog I guess!!!What bothers me the most….is that I will probably have to find a specialist to desensitize him to grooming now. Thank you
