Everything was done in a simple and efficient way, but what I appreciated the most was the atmosphere in which the meetings took place with the sales consultant as well as with the other members of staff with whom I had to talk to me. No stress, no pressure, great transparency and a genuine intention to research and find the vehicle that matched my criteria when it was not already in stock. A big thank you to Réjean and the whole team.

50,000 km of pure pleasure, my first Mitsubishi and I have no regrets, thanks to this quality of manufacturing and performance, the Outlander can afford to make other equivalent brands jealous!!!NOW,My message is for the Mitsubishi Sorel-Tracy team. Seriously just a team!!!My story.... I will say more, this beautiful relationship started with Réjean. You allowed me to try your Outlander and immediately try, immediately buy. I've had it for 1½ years and I still don't have a negative thing to say about it. But behind the seller I discovered that a man, courteous, polite, extremely knowledgeable in his field, always attentive and available, what more could I say, what I really appreciate about this person, It's that every time I go to the service, if it's not busy with a customer, I see them appear and come and chat with me. In other dealerships I've dealt with, it's rare that the salesperson remembered my first name.I wouldn't end this message by not talking about Mike.Mike, Mike, Mike, I'm 46 years old, I've been driving since I was 16. I bought my very first new vehicle from a dealership in 1999 and let me tell you that since that time I have never had such impeccable service as in Sorel-Tracy. Mike, no joke, this attentive guy listens to his customers, concerned about the quality of the service he offers as well as all the details to make our experience at Mitsubishi Sorel-Tracy out of the ordinary. I repeat, in 30 years, I have never had such a great experience as at Mitsubishi Sorel-Tracy.This is the first time that I feel respected as a buyer and above all listened to every time I set foot there.If the boss of the big Sorel-Tracy dealership family can read this message, take care of these two guys, you absolutely must not lose them!!!
