Never ever get any promotion on phone, tablet, …. from this place, we are given 3 tablets they said for free and we just needed to pay the activation fees 75$ per tablet and remain with them in a 24 month contract, but now rogers is charging us 180$ per month for 24 months for tablets that each worth 230$. Now WOW is NOT taking any responsibility for this contract and now 180$ per month is deducted from our credit card and we have no control at all over it. Never fall to their trap.

Ferdaws, bad experience. I went to Wow Mobile because it was a place that I was recommended for their “good service”. I went to get a new plan, I was poorly advised, I repeat several times that I only want a student plan, with an iPhone 15, nothing more. Mr. Ferdaws refuses to give me this package because he tells me that I need more... IPhone 15 Pro Max, USA... I repeat to him that I do not have time to negotiate and that if he does not is not able to give me the package I want, I would look elsewhere... He answers me stupidly, in an arrogant way, tells me that he knows better than me what I need... Sorry? ! I went to the shop next to Cabin T served by MARCO... VERY GOOD SERVICE! I highly recommend Cabin T next door... Wow mobile are not serious and only think about their commissions...and not OUR needs. Bad experience I do not recommend FERDAWS!!!

Following a request for information from Gabriel, one of the WOW! Mobile store, for a repair of my cell phone, this nice man jumped at the opportunity to offer me and convince me to change our Virgin Mobile plans, which we had subscribed to for almost 20 years. Confident in his knowledge of the sector of activity, Gabriel's main sales and service argument was to compare my price paid using my WEB applications with my Virgin package, which was almost double that which I was offered with Rogers, and in addition, Wow, provided a free mini speaker worth approximately $50.00 and all the accessories necessary for cell phones. We got 25 GB of data at a lower price instead of 3 GB in my old plan. Following a dispute by communicating with the telecommunications provider Rogers on the price invoiced VS price in the signed contract (contracts are very complex to understand in telecom); Gabriel did not hesitate to allow me a discussion with the store manager in order to satisfy us. So I was able to get a reasonable extra credit, WOW! In conclusion, we are completely satisfied with the products obtained, and especially with the kindness of this work team, because I had the chance to speak to Gabriel, my main representative and also to other representatives whose names are unknown. This mobile store is independent of telecom providers and the representatives work to offer you the best possible package. You should take into consideration all the advantages to check out WOW! before taking a package directly with telecom companies or even the competition. WOW! The 5 stars WOW! are well deserved for all the time spent with you at WOW!

Bad experience with Reda where our package is supposed to be Canada but with its error it is Canada-Usa it's been 18 days and still not resolved.
Thanks to Zachari who is trying to help me until everything is resolved. 5 stars for Zachary and 1 star for Reda. Hoping that the manager will call me and sort everything out quickly.
Update July 23: Ferdas the manager is now back, it's been a week. I explained the problem to him. He was supposed to call the Rogers territory manager and call me back. A week later still no news. I also sent a message on social networks to Pierre-Luc Lachance, the territory director at Rogers who is supposedly handling the file. His response: I am not authorized to write to the client. Please contact the WOW store.
Another leaked one and now delivering very poor service, this time from Rogers.
This story started on June 28 and now on July 23 still no fix and everyone is rolling the ball.
I do not recommend the WoW store on Promenades St-Bruno for the poor service from Reda, the manager Ferdas and the territory director Pierre-Luc Lachance.
