“On September 12, 2023, I was in Prince Edward Island on vacation with my motorhome. The engine intermittently had a lot of vibration and hesitation. My mechanic had repaired it 3 times in the last month without success. The problem was recurring.I sent an email to request an appointment at Garage Pro-Alignement Lavoie located at 2281 commercial Sud, Témiscouata-sur-le-Lac, explaining my situation and then called to make sure the message was received . A lady told me that the owner Claude Lavoie was currently absent but that he would call me back. It was 4 p.m. and the garage closed at 5 p.m.We decided to leave the IPE immediately to get closer to Quebec as quickly as possible.The next morning, Claude Lavoie calls me. He informs me that unfortunately, he is busy all week but that he called a friend in Rivière du Loup, a competent CAA member who is ready to see me the same day at 2:00 p.m. I accepted and he called himself the garage to confirm the appointment.Mr. Claude Lavoie did more than the client asked and demonstrated that the client is important to him and his business. I recommend to all tourists who have a mechanical problem in this region to do business with this honest and professional business.”
