Only 1 star because you cannot put 0 Worst Glibal store on the planet Ruddest cashier ever went there on May 17 at 2:42Pm Cashier was the rudders human ever Special on shoes I bought showed 29.99 from 44.99 on the display get to cash special applies on the gold shoe not the silver ones FALSE ADVERTISING GLIBAL SHAME ON YOU Get your act together send secret shoppers from Head office and see what we paying customers have to deal with at this location

I have been going to the store for at least 4-5 times now in the last (+/-) 8 months and the service is exceptional every time! Smile + advice & help from each employee who passes ?? I had no choice but to come and leave a good comment! My mother also received good service from her side.

1st visit to this store, great service, using it to find shoes for my children. She was very dedicated, even ordering a size that was not available in another store, she even had it delivered to my home. 2nd visit to this store no service!! I went to the women's department to get a pair of people to serve us, no boxes are accessible to the customer to help themselves. After several minutes of waiting, an employee passes by to get her coat from the backstore and tells me that she will send someone. An employee comes to serve me, I ask the price of the pair I have chosen because no price is indicated under the shoe, he tells me that he does not know and will come back with the information, I wait several minutes my 9 month old baby is starting to get hot and he is impatient so I look at where the young man is with the prize. He is busy serving another customer and tells me that he will soon send another employee to serve me. I answered no thanks and left to go get a pair at the winners next door! By leaving 2 employees were busy chatting together at the cash register rather than serving customers as a company you should increase your customer service or make shoe boxes accessible so that we customers can serve ourselves while your employees chat among themselves because after a good 20 minutes of waiting I left and went to buy at the winners next door!

First time at Globo in Terrebonne and came here to leave a review simply because the service was outstanding. The most pleasant experience shopping for shoes. Staff was super kind and the manager was absolutely incredible and helpful.
