We needed a custom mattress for our RV. We received good advice and were able to try several models without pressure! They also have pillows that we can test and are very competitively priced. They also made the mattress cover custom-made since it is not a standard size. We had a small problem with the delivery time, but finally rectified the situation to satisfy us. The customer is important to them. We are very comfortable on the mattress and our pillows ? Quality family business, we recommend without problem!!! ?

We bought a new trailer with a foldaway bed. The mattress that comes with the trailer is junk. We encountered horizontal mattresses at the Montreal RV show this spring. This morning we went to see their products and the service received was impeccable. They take the measurements of the original mattress, and we can try the available models. We purchased a latex mattress in 2021. The service was very personalized and the prices competitive for latex. It was the only company that gave us what we wanted. After using the wrong box spring, we experienced a few mishaps with the mattress. Catherine and Geneviève gave us impeccable after-sales service. They demonstrated great patience and empathy towards our situation and were always attentive to our needs despite our numerous calls and requests.
