A very rude employee at the post office this afternoon around 4:45 p.m. I came to leave some mail and told me there was no stamp so I told him yes I have another one and he told me and more $0.10 ok I'll leave it to you give it he told me no my cash register is closed.Ok you can pay interact.Seriously it doesn't make sense 0.10 cents with the card I said and he told me even for the Prime Minister it would be the same and two or more employees we're laughing.Well done!Respect for customers and this is not the first time I have noticed this from post office employees, young people, not my adults.I found what he said really cheeky.I even thought about talking to someone responsible for the lack of respect like that.

While getting our prescription refilled, I asked the girl to fax a medical request to the hospital, She refused and told me to use the fax at the post office which would open in 2 hours. We went to the Familiprix across the street who faxed our request to the hospital with a smile. Now they will have our business.

I have to put one star but if it was just me, I wouldn't give any stars.For the past few months, the pharmacy has delivered my medication to me at work.Today they decided my job was too far.They called me back to tell me that finally they will deliver me and then call me back a few hours later to tell me that no they will not deliver to me.This is unacceptable.I need my medicine and I even tipped the delivery guy.Really disappointed and I will never do business with them again.

Multiple time that I've called for a delivery and choose a time where it would be best. Multiple time now that I had to call after to ask where it was for them to tell me it never was made and that I requested to come get it. Which I didn't. And when I tell em they always blame the system. Either fix the system or just start doing your stuff and stop blaming others.. One time , ok. 2 time, ok maybe . But it happened for the past 5 time now, about to just change pharmacy if the "system " is always this broken..Update for may 8 2022 :I called yesterday and they told me they were gonna call me that same day. Hours later still no call. I call today and they told me they've called me multiple time. Which is not possible, they were no received calls on my phone at all. By curiosity I open my old phone, (which number was supposed to be taken out of my account, told em my new phone and confirmed it all) . And there are the calls. After they kept lying saying they called on the new one.I definitely recommend any other pharmacy than this one for the prescription service. Too many time one worker say a thing opposite to the others or just lie for no reason.
