I had a bad experience with the passport pictures. I spent 125$ for taking pics for my 5 kids and I and to mail the applications to passport can. Then unfortunately the pictures had to be signed, my error. I take responsibility but they saw me take the pictures and put them in the envelope right there and said nothing. On the phone the woman told me she knows we have to sign them. I asked for a discount to retake the pictures and they didn't accept. Moreover she mentioned that "Pharmaprix" doesn't reimburse unless there's a default on the pics. Pharmaprix lol, this is a Uniprix. I'm retaking the pics elsewhere.
