Boucherie du Centre Ville is an excellent butcher shop and a must. It offers a very large and great selection of products made on site, with excellent quality meat, often local. The number of types of sausages is huge, with very original and all delicious flavors, including homemade hot dog sausages. The prepared dishes are also delicious. It features awesome service with a helpful team and good advice. The products are really inexpensive. It is well worth a detour and a place to return to again and again.

We were passing through Trois-Pistole and came to buy sausages for our dinner at the campsite. They were excellent. A very large selection available and really inexpensive. $18 for a dinner for 2 people. (Sausages and salad). I recommend!!!

Excellent butcher shop. The selection of products is very good. The number of types of sausages they make is great, with very original flavors and all of them delicious! The prepared dishes are also delicious. In short, a place to return to again and again and which is well worth a detour if you find yourself in the area.
