“Very nice shopping and purchasing experience. The saleswoman Ms. Sylvie Brouillette at the Trois-Rivières store is exceptional. We really liked and appreciated his service. She first explained the product to us and then herself allowed us some time so that my partner and I could discuss together in complete privacy. No sales pressure, fair and clear explanations. In short, a service that we would like to find everywhere when it comes to large, expensive purchases. Thank you Sylvie for your service!!!!”

“The source of the problem has been clearly identified but since the problematic part costs more than a new dishwasher, we will not change the part. The technician did a good job diagnosing and still greased the connectors, which temporarily fixed the dishwasher. Excellent service! Suggestion: It could be interesting in this type of situation to be able to offer your customers the option of a used and rebuilt replacement part, at a lower cost.”
