“I have a specific need for a light fixture. I begin my tour left and right until I arrive at the Kingdom of Luminary. Magnificent store. Greeted by a beautiful woman, friendly, warm, smiling. I quickly learned that it was Marie-Claude, the owner. She accompanies me and helps me find what I need. I'm torn between different options. She makes me feel comfortable taking my time. I ended up finding exactly what I needed at a very acceptable price. While she goes to the back of the store to get my products, I ask an employee if Marie-Claude is always smiling and warm like that? She answers yes with a beautiful smile. “She’s everywhere,” she says and always with this good humor. This is rare these days in customer service and especially from an employer.
In conclusion, a magnificent store; competitive prices; outstanding customer and after-sales service, a warm welcome. In short, if you are looking for light and not just lighting, I recommend the Kingdom of Luminaire.
