“We arrived at the Delta Marriott and were welcomed by Carla at the reception. She is a warm, welcoming person who greeted us with a smile and kindly offered a small upgrade. It was a very nice gesture from her. It’s rare to find a receptionist like Carla who truly welcomes guests with a genuine smile.”
“The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. What really set this hotel apart was the service. I had a medical issue arise unexpectedly and Melanie at the front desk immediately researched what hospital would be the best option, called a taxi (and followed up with two more calls), managed storage of luggage and even ensured that we had food waiting when we returned from the hospital. A place really shows their service under pressure and this place excelled.”
