I liked the staff, they gave excellent service. For the new store, we lost feathers. We used to have a fancy store. There, you have the impression of entering an old store which makes you less inclined to buy.

Excellent experience with advisors...kind and respectful. While going shopping at this store I lost a gold ring...they did everything to find it. No pressure to sell...it's now my store number one when I want to buy clothes.
