On peut passer le message poliment et dire qu'en effet l'emballage est altéré mais de là à se faire traiter comme de la 'm'' c'est autre chose. Je suis un excellent client de l'établissement mais ça refroidi quelque peu. La dame devrait revoir sa façon de gérer ce genre de situation. Bref bravo à l'équipe du labo cependant. Vous avez toute mon admiration!”
