I went to fill my gas and I noticed that one of the terminals was having trouble working, when I arrived at the counter I informed the person, but the extremely unpleasant response was word for word: yes but the terminal is isn't your mother, hit harder! Honestly, an adult man saying that to a 16 year old teenager is really great👍 this kind of response in a workplace to a client. I'm speechless
