I had a great experience! David Honda rep helped me in a rather difficult situation where my car died, I recently moved to QC and had not been able to be without car on my own. I got curtesy vehicle, great service and my HRV was ready in no time, clean, inspected and with winter tires. David even put my new license plate on a rainy day. Very family oriented dealership with Andrea and David working as a team to offer options without pressure and with a smile. Thank you

Honda Ste Agathe is a great Honda service outlet. From purchasing my car in June 2024 to today, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The personnel are efficient, friendly and skilled at their jobs.

A Honda dealership, not a little backyard garage as you say! hourly rate at $134Get reimbursed for a wheel nut$16 + taxBecause I couldn't accept being sold one when I already had 4 extras in the glove compartment.Take back the nut refund and not give me one of mine.letting me leave with 4 nuts on a wheel instead of 5 is unacceptable and it is in bad faith.When purchasing the vehicle 4 additional nutsAre in a small Honda pouch with the key for the crossed out nuts.The day they say I'm missing a nut on a wheel I expect that they used the one that came with the car no need to sell me one.You who claim to care about your reputation??I can't explain such a lack of professionalism.REPLY TO YOUR MESSAGE:Indeed if the missing nut is a crossed out nut it is obvious that I have4 additional normal nuts.But I don't question that they agreed to reimburse me for the nutBecause I contacted the technician again to tell him that I had 4 in my glove compartment and that at my next appointment he could take one back.This is even indicated on my invoiceWritten by your technicians.To reimburse me because I have some in the glove compartment.Difficult to be clearer!I blame you for this:To remove the nut after my wheel instead of simply taking one from the glove compartment, frankly the logic will always be to not let customers leave with one less nut on their vehicle.I have messages on my voicemail from your technicians and frankly it seems mixed up...Let my message be clear...You paid my nut back,removed the nut from my wheel then let me go without telling me that you had done this.Then you saw my message here and your service director left me a message saying they thought you were going to deliver it yourself...In addition, I have had the vehicle for almost 3 years and I regularly drop the vehicle off near your entrance gate and leave my keys in the appropriate box very early in the morning for maintenance without speaking to any technician.Funny that you knew at this time what to do with my vehicle.You are very aware of what to do on my vehicle since I made an appointment and mention it on the phone and your technician takes note of the repairs to be carried out.Don't make me believe that it's okay to raise a nut on a wheel and not tell the customer.It makes you think!

Unbelievably bad to do and say anything to customers like that!!! The worst is the incompetence and their inconsistency. When you lie to customers? are you not deceiving in your lies??? It seems to me that this is the Minimum???

Excellent service thank you. It's worth traveling a few extra miles to have respectful, simple and honest service.No “flafla” no “bling bling”...!There aren't 8 people behind screens and a guy at the entrance who says hello...(who are paid via your maintenance bill). And above all, you don't need to leave your tank for 3 hours for an oil change!!!I bought in St Jérôme ?♂️ in 2020But since 2022, maintenance has been carried out at Ste Agathe.....we must not change, modernity has a price.
