I am a fan of Mazdas and I have more than 6 new cars. After a very recent visit to my usual dealership, whose name I will not mention, the seller completely lost me with his aggressiveness and his relentlessness in wanting to make me sign a sale at all costs.
I took a chance to go to Mazda Val David, which I didn't know about.
Big difference in experience.
I was greeted by a very young man who completely changed the situation.
Kind, calm, attentive, with all the financial possibilities that could interest me. Very professional for his young age.
Result:
I own a brand new Mazda CX 30 and I am delighted.

Top service, nothing to say, I highly recommend. The only downside is that they don't do rustproofing, which seems to be the most important maintenance on a Mazda!

Appointment to view a vehicle, dealership 50 minutes from my home. When I arrive I am told that the vehicle has just been sold and that they did not have time to notify me. Then I was told that this is why we ask for a deposit to reserve the vehicle, which was never offered to me…. At the end it's look at our site we enter often. Well, don't suggest that, say I'm going to keep your contact details as soon as I have one that comes in I'll contact you. I was the one who had to ask him to do it. The vehicles look good but the customer service I am very disappointed with. 2 hours of driving for nothing but it’s true gas is cheap these days….?
