I had my electric smart checked to remove an error on the display. The service is outstanding and friendly. I live in Montreal and I did my trip to Varennes mainly because of the service. There is more to add about the Montreal office but I will not add it on the review. I can simply say that the service in this place is outstanding and I can recommend 100% and will come back again.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable, gives clear explanation on how to avoid certain problems. Price within range for the work carried out.
My only suggestion would be to add more electrical outlet for customers seated at the table as well as adding a cushion on the legs of the chairs as they tend to grinch hard against cement floor on the slightest movement.

Went there for a pre-purchase inspection.
The booking process was somewhat OK despite the long wait on the phone.
The technician was thorough and precise.
The delivery time of the report and some items still missing after a few days made me knock off 1 star but the rest was good and satusfactory

Following a visit to this garage and a notice that reflected the situation of an A/C repair on my Tesla Model S P85, they refused to complete the work with a second RV. I made a written complaint to the OPC because it is illegal to act in this way.A person called me 3 times (intrusive/abusive right?) to get explanations about my comment on Google Maps and they removed the comment as well.I don't see it anymore when I sort with the newer filter.It is not because you are a quasi-monopoly that you can intimidate/muzzle customers on the internet.Additional information: I went to VE Rive Sud on May 28 at 11 a.m. and I had made my appointment 3 weeks before. I had mentioned that I had a compressor diagnosis to replace from Tesla during the diagnosis. I asked that they have one in stock when I visited 3 weeks later. During my appointment, they opened the front, they actually noticed that the compressor needed to be changed and they told me that they did not have the right part in stock. After 6 hours of work waiting for a used part and a bill for $2200, I was told that time was running out and another part was not in stock so I had to reschedule an appointment on June 20 for give time for the part to arrive. An estimate of $2700 was made to complete the job.Back in Gatineau, I checked with Tesla Ottawa to see if they could finish the repair sooner and yes and with a courtesy vehicle.
