“Almost 14 years ago as a new resident in Canada, Penske in Montréal (St-Laurent) rented me a truck for my starting business when their competitors did not even consider my request. I've then occasionaly rented tractor units for another 5 years at least until it made sense to buy our own.It has not always been flawless, but the company always took their responsabilities and found solutions. I am greatful for the service provided and wish ... I could rent my actual truck from Penske to reduce the hassle of IRP, IFTA, insurance...”

A professional and courteous man who answers all questions and who gives us the facts so, no surprises.. but...The price paid was as in the contract except... $4.76 charged for payment by credit card. Surprise !! A bit exaggerated in my opinion.Cash is not accepted, nor debit cards.Easy and quick pick-up and return of the vehicle. Very clean and recent 9' utility van. The fuel was 3/4 full.1st experience and certainly not the last.”
