M360 Varennes
Do not do business with them. Charges $1400 to change a muffler worth $200 (I checked with the manufacturer). The welding is the worst I have seen in my life. The car comes out and it's even worse than before it went in, but "everything is fixed." They pay the customers' heads outright. $6000 in repairs and 6 months and the car is as bad as before. I have an oil filter that is leaking all over my engine because it's not supposed to go there or is screwed on incorrectly.

Le service est courtois, mais les prix sont vraiment exagérés. Je me suis fais chargé beaucoup trop de temps par rapport au temps que ma voiture a passé entre leur main. J'avais eu une bonne expérience dans une autre succursale de M Mécanique 360, mais je me suis bien fait avoir par celle-ci. Je n'y retournerai pas et ne vous le conseille pas.

The 3 star rating is that the bill is very high, the service costs exceed the market average, at least in my experience. Would it have been more transparent to have an estimate of the services and their costs before taking the car. I therefore suggest that Mécanique 360 give a cost estimate to the customer before the service. The customer will then have the choice to accept or go elsewhere. Other than that, everything went well.

Friendly staff. Offered me a solution that saved me $2000 compared to the estimate received by the competition. It was a repair rather than a change, therefore more eco-friendly! Still working since January 2022, almost 2 years later.
