Too many young people delinquent there.The staff lacks hygiene a lot.They always have the phone in their hands, that's too messy... The restaurant is mostly dirty... Not good at all, you risk getting sick. Ps: zero maintains toilets... zero!

This is my 3rd time visiting this McDonald.Overall I very it very dirty. Specially the toilet and the sink doesn’t work. No water and smells bad.

The restaurant is one of the dirtiest I have ever seen, photos and videos supporting it, the floors are covered in residue, no tables have been washed, not to mention the toilets... I can't believe that McDonald's Canada accepts such uncleanliness in its restaurants

Very bad service...to see your order waiting on the counter for 8 minutes while waiting for the fries and to have your order removed from the TV to save time.... Very poor order management…so we spent $50 for cold food.It's no longer the McDonald's of yesteryear

Very disappointing customer service! We went there by placing the order via the app and then picking up at the drive-thru. When we got to the counter we were told that the application did not work and that we had to pay again! I show the employee that the payment has gone into my bank account. He tells me it's normal but I will be refunded and to trust him! So I unfortunately trust and pay a second time! He gives us our order completely cold... I wait a few days and nothing is refunded to my account. I contact the restaurant and they tell me that they don't manage the application and that they only had one payment? I contact Mc Donald Canada who tells me that they do not have my transaction... the restaurant employee had canceled it?? So more proof! I communicate with the restaurant again and they do not want to take any responsibility! So for me never again in this restaurant which does not respect the customers!Do not use this application anymore because I found other similar cases on social networks
