I don't know who did the plan of the new bank. I hope it was a free service or else they were had. It isn't customer friendly at all. Their is no security at all. When you come in the door you immediately see the person doing their transaction. If you go into the bank on your way out you can see everything the customers are doing at the ATM since their back is to you. The panels separating the ATM is tiny and the screen is low enough that at 5'6 I need to bend which is not conducive to taking your time doing your transaction. At night there's a glass door that passes behind the customers where it acts like mirror! If that's not enough nobody can see you when you're at the ATM at night. You could get attacked and nobody would know until another customer came or the bank opened the next day. I absolutely don't feel safe going to the bank I've been doing business with since 1994. I'm very disappointed. At this point they should have done just a booth for the ATM.
